Zoning Board & Information

The Zoning Board reviews proposed amendments to zoning ordinances, site plans and plat applications, and also makes recommendations to the Village Board regarding the current and future development of the Village of Clayton. The Zoning Chairman is who reviews all building, solar, and fence permit applications to submit to the Village Board at the monthly meeting. Our current Chairman is Gary Cantrell.
