Here is a list of some of Ordinance for the Village of Clayton.
15.901 Abandoned/Derelict Vehicle means any motor vehicle or other vehicle, boat, trailer, or mobile home which is in the state of disrepair, partially dismantled, wrecked, or otherwise inoperable so as to render the vehicle incapable of being driven or used in its condition; or any motor vehicle or other vehicle boat, trailer, or mobile home which has not been moved or used for seven consecutive days or more and is apparently deserted.
Derelict vehicle means any inoperable, currently unregistered, discarded motor vehicle, regardless of title, having lost its character as substantial property or left unattended with justification
